With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from New Mexico State University and a PhD in Computational Biology from the University of Kansas, I bring a deep understanding of scientific concepts and their real-world applications. My passion for science is matched by my dedication to education, which I've demonstrated through over a year of teaching experience in high school physical science, physics, and chemistry. This semester, I've expanded my expertise to include computer science classes.

I hold teaching licenses in Missouri, allowing me to teach all core subjects from birth through 12th grade, including mild special education. Additionally, I'm licensed to teach gifted students in Mississippi. This diverse licensure enables me to adapt my teaching strategies to meet each student's unique needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
